Can we start with a completely custom design?
Yes. An architect or residential designer of your choice can start from scratch, or the LakeCrest team can help customize one of its classic design themes.
Who helps with interior selections?
LakeCrest has an in-house design team to help with tile, paint, layouts, and other selections while keeping the construction schedule and budget in view.
How involved can we be during construction?
LakeCrest welcomes client participation from inception through realization and describes its process as open, candid, and transparent.
